Every Russian Schoolboy Knows - Endgame Lessons from the World Cup - 2

Opening: D38, B12:

Player(s): So, Vidit, Mcshane, Yuffa

The knockout format of the World Cup and the new Grand Prix series is unforgiving. One mistake may lead to elimination. Considering the huge amount of pressure on the players' blunders are unavoidable, yet it's the errors in deep endgame that are usually final and decisive. During my work as a commentator at the last World Cup, I witnessed my share of those. This two-video series is a reminder to us all of the great importance of firm knowledge of basic endgame.
