What’s the advantage to downloading the ICC software?
How does playing change vs. playing on the web?

I always find playing in tournaments to be much easier using the downloaded ICC software. (especially the USCF events)

The interface is also more streamlined when using the software. But I go directly online when I’m using a computer other than my own.
