The tourneys I enjoy most are Thematic event. But at 2 am it is v difficult for me to take part.
I have sent this proposal three times at least to Channel 1. It seems this is the right place to send my idea that it should earlier. I don’t enjoy starting an event at 2 a.m. ending at 4 a.m. I have won it one and come 2nd (usually tied) out of 6 or 7 events in last five yrs. I try to have a regular sleep rhythm. I think you could try it least twice. Then if nobody takes part, you can speak with confidence that there is no point to it.
How about it?!

As far as I can see from the flags next to players’ handles there are a lot of European members. If it started at e.g. 21.00 UK / Portugal / W. African time. That is 22.00 Central European time (West & Central Europe). Tourneys take two and a half hours.
That would mean that players in N. America on the E. Coast would start at 17.00, Brazil at 21.00,

I think that should be a sufficiently large catchment area to get enough players to have an event.

Actually, 2100 UK is 1600 Eastern Time (-5 hours) and 1800 in Brazil (-3).
