I paid to play here.  I want my money back.  I joined to play in the tournaments but I can’t link my uscf account with this site.  Then I create a game and sit and wait until I fall asleep. 

I will say that I understand your frustration. I have seen massive improvements in the site over the past year, so that is good.  PLUS, when I had trouble linking my USCF profile with the ICC site, one of the admins/mods was able to help. If you login an hour before one of the USCF tournaments, there is normally someone who can help (at least that has been my experience).  I’ve found some of the best USCF-rated tournaments to be here at ICC so if you can “make it through” the learning pains of an older system, it should be worth your time.  (my 2 cents)
