The calendar is full of events at the top level, and these players, in a way, monopolize the public's attention. Of course, these are chess geniuses, and it's impossible to say they don't play the best chess. But there are many other players, those classified as "second tier" GMs or not Super-GMs, capable of playing outstanding games.
