In Paris Magnus rocked the Rapid leg; in Leuven, he destroyed his opponents in Blitz, finishing three full points ahead of the pack. An incredible display of superiority by Carlsen, who brought his Blitz rating to a sickening 2948 in the unofficial Live Rating list, and now leads the Grand Chess Tour standings.
