IM Valeri Lilov’s Openings for Attacking Players - The Stonewall attack

Opening: D00: Queen's pawn game - Stonewall attack

Player(s):

Many players are often wondering about how to achieve different attacking possibilities when they go against 1.d4. Of course, that can be a challenging question, but there exist many different lines that black can use to avoid significant theory and acquire decent enough structure to help him lead an attack. Many of these structures are known to have a dubious reputation, such as gambits and others. Yet there are those few which can guarantee something of a safe passage to a potential attack when we play with black's pieces. In his new video, IM Lilov brings up some top experience of his own games and master examples to bring out the first opening we can learn if you are to play something fast and effective with the black: The Stonewall!
