GM Ben Finegold recaps round 8 of the FIDE Grand Prix, just played in Paris, France. Ben analyzes two games in today's round: Caruana vs. Gelfand and Grischuk vs. Giri. Today both Caruana and Grischuk won their game. It's been an exciting round, with Nakamura's win against Ivanchuk that allowed the American #1 to climb on top of the standings, with an excellent 5.5/8. Gelfand and Caruana follow with 5.0/8.
