Command: sshout
Example: "sshout I am going to the World Open. Is anyone else going?"

"sshout" stands for serious shouts and is used only for chess-related shouts.

The sshout feature is now only available to official vendors, certain ICC bots, and a few accounts the administrators feel have a valid reason to use the sshout feature.
