ICC offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If at any time you are not 
satisfied with the service you are receiving from the Internet Chess 
Club within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund of 
your membership payment.  

After 30 days, you may request the remaining portion of your membership
be converted to store credit.  You can use this store credit for anything 
in our store.  https://store.chessclub.com.

To receive a refund or store credit, please email us support@chessclub.com.

If you are requesting a refund, please do not register and pay for a new
account.  Requesting a refund means that you are leaving the ICC and will
not use the ICC in the future.  One refund per person.  You cannot get a 
refund if you have had a refund in the past on any ICC account.
