Command: open 

This command changes whether or not you accept match requests.
If your open flag is 0, you automatically refuse all offers for matches.
If it is 1, match requests will come through to you.

"Open" can also be changed with "set open 1" or "set open 0", and can be
viewed with "vars".  This variable is automatically set to 1 when
you issue a "match" command.
