Command : help
Examples: help events  -- shows events in the coming week.
          help tell   -- gives an explanation of the "tell" command.

The "help" command is used to see information files about various commands
and topics on the ICC.  You can see a list of all the commands that have
help files by typing "commands".  You can see a list of all the other topics
by typing "info".  To see a specific information file, type "help" followed
by the name of the file.  For example, "help tell".

You can email any of the files to yourself by using the "mailhelp" command
instead of "help".

"set webhelp 1" to have help files appear in your browser, or "set webhelp 0"
if you prefer to have them in your interface's text console.
