ANANDSIMUL

On Saturday, April 21, on 12 noon server time, GM Anand, the new number 1 rated
chess player in the world, will give a simul on ICC!

ICC is currently auctioning off seats for this simul, see

http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZinternetchessclub

All proceeds from this event will go to Vidyasagar, a non-profit organization that
strives for inclusion of children with autism and cerebral palsy.

You will also have the possibility to win a seat in the simul by participating in
our tournament qualifier, to be held Sunday, April 15, on 5pm server time. The
tournament will be 9 rounds, swiss pairings, 3 0 time control.

You can take part in the tournament by making a small donation to Vidyasagar via
chekels. To be allowed in, do for example:

c-offer AnandSimul 10 donation AnandSimul

This would donate 10 USD to Vidyasagar, and secure your seat in the tournament.
The minimum donation to take part in the tourney is 5 USD/chekels. You can of
course also donate any amount without taking part in the tournament. If you do
not have chekels in your account, or use them for the first time, see "help chekels"
for further instructions.

Please note that the donations will be manually processed. You can confirm that
you are allowed to enter after donating by checking the groups in your "finger".
It will contain a group "AnandSimul". Please show up timely before the start.
If you show late, but are in the group, you will be able to latejoin until round 6,
by using the command "tell pear latejoin".

Please note that the donations will be manually processed, allow some time for
the "AnandSimul" group to show in your finger notes.

PRIZES:

One seat will be available for sure to the winner of the tournament. For every
500 dollars raised in this tournament, another seat will be available to the second,
third, and so on.

who finish the tournament. For every 100 dollars raised in total, one extension will
