Format: 4 0 Blitz, Triple Elimination Style. (Eliminated after 3rd loss)

Latejoining: Will be possible, only during the first two rounds, 
counting every round missed when latejoining as a tourney loss.

Entries: 512 Player Maximum

Rounds: Until last player standing! 15 rounds should suffice, probably
less.

Entry Eligibility: Registered ICC handle.

Prize Eligibility: Free trials can play, but to claim a prize,
you must become a paying ICC member within a week.

Exempt Accounts: Who would not benefit from free month prizes, may convert
their prize to chekels, if they are a vendor and are IM/GM/WIM/WGM.
Convertable are only first prize (to 50 chekels) and second prize (to
17 chekels), not lesser prizes.

Tomato Tournaments Elimination rules: Black has draw odds, UNLESS Black is
rated 200+ rating points higher than White, in which case White would win in
the event of a drawn game. The rating applied for determining draw odds is
the rating at the tournament's entry.

Rules on all forms of cheating: The management reserves the right to
forfeit, and ban from further tournaments (as well as in some extreme cases,
further sanctions as imposed by the ICC) without giving a reason, anyone who
they believe is violating ICC policy. This of course includes Computer
Assisted play, or receiving assistance from any other human. Do Not Do This;
these are serious offences on our server, and are dealt with very severely,
including banning some players from our club, period. Of special note also,
it is NOT allowed for the same person to enter more than one account into
the tournament. Person's caught doing this (and trying to play a mini-simul)
will have both (or more) accounts IMMEDIATELY forfeited from the tournament,
and at least one of the accounts banned for life from playing tournaments on
ICC again. Multiple free trial accounts in this situation, would simply be
banned from the club, period. 

This tournament offers something for everyone. Pairings in each round will
not be based on a pure top/bottom bracketed elimination format.
This helps lower rated players, even in earlier rounds, to have reasonable
games. About half of the players will end up winning a prize in this
tournament. Accounts of winners will be credited with the extra weeks or
months after 1-2 weeks by ICC administration.

The tournament will open (about) half an hour before the start, near 5:30 pm
and will start at 6:00 pm. If you get disconnected BEFORE the start, 
please note, that you will need to re-join upon logging on again. Once the
tournament STARTS however, any (very quick only) disconnection will NOT
affect your tournament status. Although players logged off for any long
period (at manager's discretion), will be forfeited, as this delays the
tournament's progress.

Players lagging beyond a reasonable amount, and delaying the tournament,
will also be forfeited at the manager's discretion.

Note: Blitzin 2.31+ will be a *required* application to play this tourney.
Also important, is that there is a 512 player limit, so come early to
reserve your seat!
