Who offers draws or aborts in 1 min? I won't usually give or ask for takebacks in lightning because it takes too long to do so. Good luck to all my people in NYC, DC, VA, MD, FLA and NO!!
Provided there is time, takebacks are usually granted in 5 min + for obv. mouseslips. Rematches usually for decent, mannerable opponents.
