STORED

***** STORED *****

Command : stored
Examples: "stored" -- shows a list of your stored (adjourned) games.
"stored Fred" -- shows a list of Fred's stored games.

This command lists all of the adjourned games of the specified
player. If the player is omitted, it uses your name. Games are stored
when one player quits, the players agree to adjourn, or the system is
shutdown. Both players must be registered for a game to be stored.

If you have a stored game with Fred, for example, you can use any of
these commands:

"match Fred" to offer to continue the game, if Fred is logged in.

"resume" to send an offer to resume any of your stored games.

"resign Fred" to resign it.

"draw Fred" to offer a draw to Fred (he will get a message with
the offer, and if he issues a draw command also,
the game will be a draw).

"abort Fred" same as the draw command, but offers to abort the
                       game.

Please use "resume" frequently to resume your stored games.

Please make an effort to finish your stored games. Before playing a new
opponent, check "stored" to see if any of your "stored opponents" are logged
in. If you are clearly losing a stored game, please resign it. You can
do this even if your opponent is not logged in.

If you are clearly winning a stored game, and you never see your opponent
logged in, you can ask an for an adjudication. But please read "help
adjudicate" BEFORE sending a message to the "adjudicate" account.

You can view the position of a stored game with the sposition command. You
can see the moves of the game with the smoves command.

If you never want to have to deal with adjourned games and resuming,
please read "help noescape".
