We need more competitors and I feel we are hamstringing that goal with this requirement:

“You must play a minimum of 100 games and play on at least 10 different days of the month “

I think the 10 days a month part is fine, but 100 games is a lot to ask of someone who wants or needs to play manually.

Those centaurs (Human manually relaying moves) can be quite strong opponents, but asking them to relay 100 games before they
can qualify might be a bit too intimidating for many prospective competitors.  Maybe lower it to 50?

Thoughts?

I agree with Data and I think 50 games would be better. I myself would like any of the faster time controls such as 10 3, 5 3, or 3 3.
