Linking USCF and ICC for online tournaments

I am not able to link my USCF ID 1283368 to ICC for this evenings tournament. I set up the link days ago on USCF.com but still do not manage to enter the tournament today. ICC asks for a USCF pin. USCF says they do noy use pins any more. What can be done?
