I play mostly 3 0 now and I generally don't resign if there is less than 30 sec left.

I usually will give rematches, win or lose.

Chess is a game I play for fun. If you say that I'm a terrible player you are probably right. LOL
In 3 0 blitz, time is part of the game. I won't whine if I lose on time when I'm winning so don't waste your time doing it either. We all win and lose plenty that way and it comes out in the wash.
