My favorite chess books are: Simple Chess by Michael Stean,
Reassess Your Chess by Jeremy Silman, The Art of Positional Play by Samuel Reshevsky,
My Great Predessesors vol. 1-4 by Gary Kasparov, Everything by John Nunn,
Everything by Dvoretsky, Power Chess by Paul Keres.
There are probably many other great chess books that should be on this list
but these are the best books and authors that I have read and have had the
greatest impact on the way I play chess.
