I prefer to play w23 as it is not as predictable, slow and final as making a mistake in Blitz etc.
I dont like to play without increment. Those who do want to win by pushing the pieces faster. Their rating isn't worth very much.
My rating has been up and down, but mostly down lately.
But look at my hi and you will see that I have beaten a great number of 2000 and over.
Guys who are as high as 2400 in blitz or standard have been surprised to lose against me in crazyhouse when I was 1300.

I have been prevented by ICC on occassions to play rated against a high rated computer when I found out how to beat it. The computer was allowed to repeatedly play the best moves but I wasn't. Very sporting of those creepos who run ICC.
Playing chess doent necessarily make you a good person but it keeps alzheimers away. : - )
