If you really need to analyze a w22 game with a chessbase-engine: Save the game to a pgn-file, then open it with a text-editor like notepad.
In the 'header' add a line [Variant "chess 960"]. Or if you already have a Variant line, edit it so it has a lowercase 'chess' and a space afterwards.
look at the FEN. For example if it is [FEN "bbrnnkrq/pppppppp/8/8/8/8/PPPPPPPP/BBRNNKRQ w KQkq - 0 0"], you might have to replace KQkq to indicate the location of the rooks, here with GCgc
