Post Game Options

After your game finishes, the toolbar above the game board will assist you with common post-game actions. The default toolbar looks like this:

Each option in the toolbar is explained below:

Load a game from your computer to the game board.
Examine a game from scratch or the completed game.
Save the completed game to your conputer.
Print the game from the position on the board.
Play Again in the rating pool you just played in.
Rematch your last opponent to another game.
Analyze the current game on the board.
Kibitz Window toggle on and off.
    Flip the the game board.

Note If you automatically enter into examine mode when your game ends, instead of the Play Again buttons, you will have Examine buttons to forward through the game:

Examine Buttons

If you would rather have the opportunity to use the Play Again button and not examine your recently-completed game, you need to click: set examine 0 to set the server examine variable 0.

In addition to the options above, Dasher allows you to automate some post-game actions:

Auto-Rematch after game: Checking this box will cause a rematch challenge to be issued after every game. This is popular amongst players who like to play a long series of fast games with the same player, because if both players have it set, the next game starts without a single mouse click or keyboard stroke.

Auto-thank opponent: You can automatically say thank you, or anything else that is appropriate, after each game you play. Checking the box causes an automatic say to be sent to your opponent after the end of a game. This is most commonly used to say things like good game or Thank you.
