Should you need personalized help, there are several ways to go about getting it.
Channel 1 is designated as the server help channel, and is monitored by admins and helpers, who are experienced ICC members. Simply ask your question, and someone will try to help you. Please keep in mind that most admins and helpers are volunteers who simply enjoy helping others, so there may be times when you will not get an answer immediately.
You can ask a question in the Main console, using the tell command. Example: tell 1 Hello, I have a question.
From time to time, you will need assistance from a server admin. One common reason you would need to contact an admin is to have your email address changed.
showadmin lists the administrators online who are available to help you. You will be able to see if the admin is idle, playing, or has an away message set. Also, the admins can set text indicating in what area(s) they usually help out with, to help you find the right admin.
Once you find an admin on duty, there are several ways you can communicate with the admin:
- Create a chat window with the admin on duty and tell them your new email address.
- Go to the Main tab in the Channels Window and send a tell to an admin on duty. For example, if freebird is on duty, you would type:

The ICC has many chat channels which are devoted to a specific topic. If your question is technical in nature, you can seek help from a channel which is devoted to that topic. To see what channels there are, and to subscribe to a channel,
