Connection problems

If you cannot connect to the ICC server, there are many possible reasons. Below you will find some of the most common reasons and tips to resolve your connection problems.

Connection failed

Connection failed messages usually indicates one of the following:

Your internet connection is down or not properly configured.

Your network setup (firewalls, proxies, etc) is problematic. TIP: You can try the anti-firewall setting on the login dialogue box:

The ICC server is rebooting. Select the (Backup) Queen server from the Server list and log into the backup server for the latest update.

Invalid Password

Invalid password messages indicate that you are typing your password incorrectly.

Visit the Password recovery page and have your password sent to your email.

Note: If your email address has changed or you do not receive the password in your email, log into the ICC as a guest and Contact an ICC admin

Login timeout

This happens if you sit at the Login screen more than 3 minutes. When this happens, you must close the Dasher software and restart it again to login.
