The event starts on September 22 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Here is the schedule:

It's a Double Round-Robin Rapid event (15+10 time control).

In case of a tie for first place, the winner will be decided with a single round-robin of two 3+2 games.
If still tied, the players play a single Armageddon game: White gets 5 minutes and Black 4 with draw odds, with a 2-second increment starting from move 61.

The tiebreaks for the places after the first are as follows:

• Direct encounter.
• Wins.
• Sonneborn-Berger
• Wins with Black

The organizers have gathered $130,000 as a prize fund for the tournament.
The prizes will be as follows:

• 1st: €40,000
• 2nd: €20,000
• 3rd: €14,000
• 4th: €11,000
• 5th: €10,000
• 6th: €9,000
• 7th: €8,000
• 8th: €7,000
• 9th: €6,000
• 10th: €5,000

The prize money will be evenly split for tied placings, except for first-place ties.
