It's a Double Round-Robin Rapid event (15+10 time control).
In case of a tie for first place, the winner will be decided with a single round-robin of two 3+2 games.
If still tied, the players play a single Armageddon game: White gets 5 minutes and Black 4 with draw odds, with a 2-second increment starting from move 61.

The organizers have gathered $130,000 as a prize fund for the tournament.
