Alex had a rough time this month, with a lot of ICCers playing very good moves. The Russian Schoolboy lost 7 games, and won 11. It was interesting to listen to Yermo commentating on the game while playing it, as usual. |

John was mazing with his commentary. He went on explaining everything about the games, and thinking out loud all the time. It was a very instructive simul session for those who watched it LIVE. And you can get the whole video (2:35) in the ICC store. Don't miss it! Congratulations to xionoula, drstrangemove, Drunxican and merken for mastering the Master! |

GM Ronen Har-Zvi
Score: +14 =1 -0

Ronen was quite disappointed after his feat in the Banter Blitz, because he DREW ONE GAME! Yes, our Indiana-Jones was aiming to the perfect score, but he mouse-slipped in the opening (1. e4 c5, 2. Nf3 d6, 4. d4 c4(??)) and the wannabe Sicilian became a rather messy thing over the board. Ronen managed to draw the game, and that was the only time during the event when the GM was in some trouble. It was amazing to listen to the LIVE analysis and to the howling by Ronen when he stumbled into that mouse-slip. |

GM Maxim Dlugy
Score: +14 =0 -1

For the first time, our GM Max Dlugy lost a agme! After his great performance at the ICC Open, where he made it to the semifinals, Max was going to win again all his games in the Banter Blitz Event. But an unexpected mouse slip in the opening forced Dlugy to play the game a piece down, and his opponent - Dare-Dare - didn't miss his chance to beat the super-strong GM. As usual, Max was amazing to listen to, whit his banter being witty and entertaining! |
