Games of *Socrates LIVE from HONG KONG this weekend!

The World Computer Chess Championship is being held from May 25th
through May 30th in Hong Kong.  The field consists of 24 of the
world's strongest chess computers, including DeepThought2 ("scratchy"
on ICC), HiTech, Junior (known as "Ban" on ICC), *Socrates, Zugzwang,
Frenchess, Phoenix, Schach 3.0, Fritz, Ferret, Ulysses, Zeus,
Nightmare, Genius ("MehpistoIII" here), WCHESS, and several other very
strong PC chess programs.

We will have all the games of *Socrates here.  (Look for player
"StarSoc".) The games will begin at about 4:00AM EDT, and last about 5
hours.

In round 1 *Socrates lost to DeepThought2.
         2 *Socrates beat Dark Thought.
         3 *Socrates beat Lchess
         4 *Socrates beat Rebel
         5 *Socrates beat HiTech
         6 *Socrates lost to Fritz

         Fritz wins the tournament with a record of 5.0/6
