- Who will win the World Championship?
Anand will beat Topalov for the World Championship.
- What was your best tournament result ever?
Sharing 12th place (6.5/9) in the Czech Open U2400 Section, a section with almost 400 people.
- How do you react to a loss?
Usually, I tend to forget about the game until I am comfortable with my loss, and just take a mental break from chess. This helps me be ready for the next game.
- What is your favorite cereal?
Cheerios. :)
- Do you like your knights turned to one side or the other?
I always turn my knights in during a chess game.
- Who are your role models in chess?
My role model in chess is definitely my brother. It doesn't matter that I taught him the moves a long time ago; now he's teaching me!
- What is your "% of life" spent on the Internet Chess Club? (Do the command "pers" on ICC or WCL to see it.)
4.03%. This number has been decreasing exponentially since I began high school. It was probably around 12% at the beginning of 9th Grade and is currently about 0.00%.
- What is your highest-achieved ICC blitz rating?
It was 2203, achieved April 4, 2008.
- What do you do while waiting for your opponent to resign?
I either get up and pace near the board (because I'm nervous), or I just sit and occasionally give my opponent long glances to heighten his discomfort.
- An opponent rated 500 points lower than you is up a rook against you and offers a draw. What do you do?
I accept, because I prefer drawing a 1500 player rather than losing to him. ♦
