Admins

Admins are knowledgeable ICC users who volunteer their time and expertise to help ensure that ICC is run properly from day to day. The admins are responsible for mediating and resolving disputes.

There are special admin teams that deal with and resolve specific issues:

	Adjudicate	Ensures that all games are completed.
	Complain	Ensures that players behave respectfully.
	SpeedTrap	Ensures that players are playing fairly.

For general admin help, or if an issue needs immediate attention, you can contact an on-duty admin to resolve the problem.

The easiest way to locate an admin is to go to the View tab and select Admins Online. Shortcut: Click: showadmin and look in your Main tab for the list of ICC administrators online.

• showadmin lists the human administrators online and avaiable to help. If they are idle, playing, or have an "away" message set, it indicates that. Also, the admins can set some text indicating in what area(s) they usually help out.

Once you find an admin on duty, there are several ways you can communicate with the admin:

• Create a chat window with the admin on duty and tell them your new email address.
• Go to the Main tab in the Channels Window and send a tell to an admin on duty. For example, if freebird is on duty, you would type:
