ICC Help: refer

Command: refer 
Example: refer johnny@blah.com

This command is a convenient way to recommend the ICC to your friends,
if you know their email address.  Simply type "refer johnny@blah.com",
and an email message similar to the one below will automatically be
sent to your friend.  Note that the email includes the "tracking" URL
for your username, so that you will be credited with 2 free months if
your friend pays a membership fee.
