ICC Help: mailhelp

Command:	mailhelp
Usage:	mailhelp <topic> [<address>]
Examples:	"mailhelp event"
	"mailhelp Intro fred@netcom.com"

Emails a help file to you. If you want the file to go to an email address that is different from the one in your "personal-info" on ICC, you can specify a different address.
