LoadFEN is available when examining a game and at the first
move of a wild(20) game. It clears the move list and sets the
position to the specified set-up, which must be given
in Forsyth-Edwards notation (FEN). FEN is described in
http://www.very-best.de/pgn-spec.htm#16.1
Limitations: some graphical interfaces don't like games
where it is Black's turn to move in the initial position,
so it's safest to have the active color field be 'w'.
Also, the last two fields (half-moves since a pawn move or
capture, and full move number) are ignored, for now.
