ICC Help: bugwho

Command:  bugwho

This command shows the status of current bughouse activity. Here's an example of the output of the command:

Players with wild=24 and no partner yet:
    (blitz bughouse name)
     1450 1598 Darooha
Current bughouse teams (mutual partner pairs):
     1958 Qualo 1958.zzyzx
     1490^FritoBandito 1390^BELCH
     1486^netrax 1862^ibear
  Current bughouse games:
game 24 (netrax vs FritoBandito) with game 27 (BELCH vs ibear)

The output consists of 3 different parts:

1) Looking for partners. Players with no bughouse partner, and their wild variable set to 24 are show here. (Do "set wild 24" to be listed here.) In the example above there is just one player in this category. The blitz and bughouse ratings of the players are shown here. A rating of "----" indicates a registered player who has not played at all.

2) Bughouse teams. Each line shows one bughouse team. The symbols between the rating and the player's name indicates certain status information about the player, just as it does in the "who" command: "^" means playing, "." means idle, ":" means not open.

3) Bughouse games. Each line of this part shows one bughouse game (which consists of 2 regular games).

Before looking for a bughouse game, it's good to enter channel 24 (the bughouse channel) by issuing the command "+channel 24".
