ICC Help: allowkib

It's considered rude to "kibitz" during a serious game, unless both players have agreed that it's okay. ICC has an "allowkib" variable that allows you to choose whether your games should allow kibitzes.

"set allowkib 0" = No kibitzing. *All kibitzes will be automatically
converted to whispers by the server.
"set allowkib 1" = Allow kibitzes.
"set allowkib 2" = Allow kibitzes in unrated games only.
