 1: pulsar program.  This version merges the two pulsar programs into one
  program. Its not yet available for release. www.adam16mr.org/pulsar.html and
  www.adam16mr.org/pulsar-atomic.html to download the two versions latest
  release copy.
 2: operating on a 2 gigahertz machine using 70 megs of hash
 3: this program can be handicapped witha reduced search time or a fixed depth
  search.  finger playin5sec is an example of that. it runs this program with
  a low depth search and moves instantly
 4: i noplay people who repeat lines to get a win or draw.   This is also
  against icc rules. help abuse note 7.  To have a fair game you need to be
  thinking about the game not iterating moves you have figured out will win
  over and over.
