 4: OMG! I figured out how to listen to ChessFM on my iPhone! Here's how:
 5: Step 1: you need to get an app called FStream, which is free.  This app is
  for listening to internet radio and it will play a .wma stream.
 6: Step 2: you have to get the actual name of the ChessFM .wma URL.  This is
  not as easy as it used to be - you have to get past the alias
  www.chessclub.com/radio .  Today I got it by trying to open the link in
  Safari which then suggested I open the file in Goodreader, and when I looked
  at it in Goodreader there wa
 7: As of Sept 18 2011 this was
  mms://win.5.c3.audiovideoweb.com/5c3winlive2225?.wma  . Note that you have to
  make it begin with mms, not http. This address seems pretty stable -
  occasionally the digits in the "5.c3" part change to other ones.
 8: Step3: create a radio station in FStream. Go to 'Favorites', Edit, create a
  new station, and paste or type the above wma address into the box,
  remembering that you need the mms part. Save it, go back to Play, and it
  works! It does for me anyway
 9: Later note: I should say that as of today (3/14/11) the iPhone app's
  display resulting from 'follow broadcast' deteriorates quickly, and you may
  have to refresh it over and over. I suggest you copy the word 'broadcast' and
  be ready to re-observe and paste as necessary.
10: On May 28-30, 2011, I played in the Chicago Open, U-1700 section (USCF
  rating 1522) and scored 5.5/7 (PR 1933) for equal 2nd-7th place.  I freely
  grant equal credit to my instructor, Dan Heisman (phillytutor) who has been
  giving me lessons over the last year.
