 3: I mostly play slow games -- 60/5 or 30/30 at minimum -- but will
  occasionally play 10/5.
 4: I keep quietplay set to 2.  If for some reason I have it off, and you annoy
  me during the game, expect a noplay.
 5: Repetitive draw offers, or draw offers when I'm ahead a queen with no
  forced repetition, will also get you noplayed.
