Results from March 8 USCF event on ICC.

Type help USCF3.1.98 for the results from the March 8, 1998
USCF-sponsored tournament on the Internet Chess Club.

Type help USCFseries for all the rules and entry information for
the twice-monthly events with prizes.

Type help USCFbarred for a list of players that the ICC computer
detection group has determined most probably used computer aid in
USCF events on ICC.  These players are barred from all future USCF
events on ICC and many other ICC tournaments.  We are very serious
about the "no computer assistance" rule described in help USCFseries.
