Games and updates from NY Open and Melody Amber

ICC has games and updates on the standings for the New York Open
and the Melody Amber Tournaments.  The ICC accounts with the
information are:

NYOpen98
NYOpen98-2
NYOpen98-3
Amber98
Amber98-2

You can "finger" each of these accounts for information.  For example,
finger NYOpen98 when you are logged into ICC.  You can see a list of
the library games using the "liblist" command.  For example,
"liblist Amber98".  Use the "examine" command to go over the library
games.  For example, "examine Amber98 %1", then hit "enter" to advance
each move.
