Draw offers in adjourned games, and other changes

It's now possible to make draw and abort offers on adjourned games
even if your opponent is not present:

  draw Johnny         offer a draw in your adjourned game with Johnny
  abort Johnny        offer to abort your adjourned game with Johnny

These commands also send Johnny a message informing him of the offer.
Johnny can accept the offer using the same command with your name.
Pending offers now also appear when viewing the game with smoves or
sposition.

"examine Johnny -1" refers to the most recent game in Johnny's history.
A -2 indicates the second to last game, etc.  This notation can be used
with any command requiring a game indication (sposition, mailstored, etc.)

You can make a useful alias for examining your last game (if you are Johnny):

             +alias last examine Johnny -1

Then you can just type "last".

(Also: The helper title (H) will now only appear in channel 1 tells,
channel 100 tells, and in finger.  Times are 24-hour format everywhere.)
