Several records were set on September 11, 1995!

Most people logged into any Internet chess server: 476
Most people to observe a chess game on the Internet: 393
Most Titled players (FM, IM, GM) logged into ICC: 27

The game was a draw.  "examine kasparov 1" to see the game.
The comments are available in a help file called "game1".
