2nd ICC Gibtelecom Qualifier

ICC, in conjunction with the Gibtelecom Chess Festival, are again offering
members a unique opportunity to win a round trip ticket, hotel room, dinner &
breakfast and an automatic seat to the exclusive 7th Gibtelecom Chess
Festival, running January 27 to February 5 2009 at the Caleta Hotel, one of
Gibraltar's best hotels.

There will be two exclusive ICC blitz qualifiers to the knockout finals. You
can play in as many qualifiers as you like. All qualifiers will have 11
rounds, swiss pairings.

Qualifier 1: 8:00am EST - Sat, Dec 13, 
Qualifier 2: 6:00pm EST - Sat, Dec 13,
     FINALS: 1:00pm EST - Sun, Dec 14
