Live Coverage on ICC of the Samba Cup from Denmark

The ICC broadcast team will be showing games from the 
Samba Cup taking place in Skanderborg, Denmark, from
October 10 to 19.  Players include Grandmasters Ivanchuk,
Short, Sasikiran, Bologan, Kasimdzhanov, Nielsen,
Hansen, Alekseev, Sadvakasov, and IM Palo.  The
tournament 9-round round robin event.

Games start at 7am ICC time every day except for a rest
day on October 15, and the last round, which starts at
5am ICC time.  The tournament is sponsored by
Elvirasminde A/S and Hotel Skanderborghus.

ICC members are welcome to "observe" the games and "whisper"
comments with the other spectators. finger Live on ICC
will give you specific information about the game numbers to
observe.  finger Samba2003 for results, standings, and
other information.  The games will also be listed in the Event
List in Blitzin, where you can click on the icon to watch while
they are in progress.
