125K Tomato Celebration Blitz GRAND SLAM Elimination!

To mark reaching 125,000 tourneys on chessclub.com 
since its inception, Tomato will host the 125K
Celebration tourney, on Friday, August 17th, 2001, at 5 pm.

This is a GRAND SLAM Event!

Time Control: 5 0 Blitz
Format: Elimination*
How to Join: "tell Cooly join" ... Tourney will open at 4:30 pm.
If you played (and lost) AT LEAST one game: "tell Littleper join"
Prizes: 5 years in ICC memberships

*There will be a "Main Draw", and a "Class Draw"
help 125K for all the prize details.
Also: finger Celebration ... and finger BlitzGrandSlam2

All players must join the Main Draw (Cooly),
and Rd 1 losers, may then join the Class Draw,
to be eligible for prizes. Class Draw will have a rating cap
of Main Draw average rating plus 200 points. (est. 1850)

The last 32 players standing in main Draw, will win a prize.
The last 16 players in Class Draw, will win a prize.

There is no entry fee!
This is the second annual Grand Slam. The first one had 370 players.
