Marathon Tournament at Chessclub.com, July 15-16

On Saturday, July 15, the Tomato family of automated TDs will
begin a 24-hour marathon of tournaments.  These tournaments will
be divided into 6 sections.  There will be 3 classes (1700+, U1700
and U1400) for the blitz players and 3 alternate tournaments for non-
blitz players (1 0, 15 0, and 3 1 w17).  The first tournament will
commence at exactly 1200 noon server time (EDT) on July 15 and the
marathon will conclude at the end of any tournaments ongoing at 1159 am
server time July 16.

All normal scheduled events will be run as normal and points earned in
those events will count towards all applicable marathon series (ie
points earned in the Saturday 1200-1800 scheduled event will counts
towards both the 1700+ and the U1700 marathon blitz series).

The winners in each of the 6 sections will receive prizes.  Winners
will be determined by cumulative number of points scored in the event.
