WBCA NEWS: ARTANIS! DrTarrasch!

ARTANIS won the 1 April ICC/WBCA and DrTarrasch won the March 25 event!If
you would like to join the WORLD BLITZ CHESS ASSOCIATION, and the weekly
events on ICC, please read the following help files: atmosphere, WBCA,
