WBCA NEWS: Paule(FM)! Video Tape Prize!

Paule won the October 30 ICC/WBCA event, scoring 9.5-0.5! Scherzo came
second with 8-2! If you would like to join the WORLD BLITZ CHESS
ASSOCIATION, and the events on ICC, please read: help WBCA, "help
WBCAmatch", help chekels, help timestamp, help transfer, and "help
atmosphere". 

Next week begins the November-December 1999 point accumulations toward the
Video Tape prize! The most overall points scored by a human WBCA member
during these final events of 1999 will win a video tape choice of one (1)
from GM Shirov, GM Browne, or GM Karpov! Don't miss out on what we expect
to be excellent tournaments in channel 246, the ICC WBCA channel! MANY
THANKS to WBCA in Berkeley for donating this tape! Points are scored in
played games only (not byes, except those assigned for no opponent)!
