WBCA NEWS: emoskow!

emoskow won the June 5 ICC/WBCA event scoring 6.5-1.5! In appreciation for
the help WBrowne(GM) has given the UPSCL, http:/www.jps.net/upsclchess ,
Dr-EL donated 1 free month to the winner of this event! Also, we wish to
give special thanks for the GENEROUS donation of months to the events in
April and May of this year. If you would like to join the WORLD BLITZ CHESS
ASSOCIATION, and the events here on ICC, please read the following help
files: WBCA, timestamp, WBCAmatch, chekels, and transfer. carpathian.
