New Late Night "Sleepless" tournaments on ICC

The Internet Chess Club and the Tomato team will offer
three 5-round tournaments of 3 0 blitz every night (early
morning actually!) at 12:45am ICC time.  If you can't sleep,
or live in another time zone, play blitz!  You can win ICC
membership time for the monthly standings.
